He disgnosed it on the phone, saying he had sen several of these ice makers having the same problem and would order the part for me if I wanted to get it replaced. That was 2 PM yesterday. He was out to the house as planned at 10 AM today, arrived on time and completed the job without difficulty.. Pleasant , knowledgable and well experienced. I would use him again without any reservation.
