Description of Work: They came and were fast and good. It was just an inspection but all that money will go towards a cleaning. I will get the cleaning before I have them put a wood stove in. They seem to be working with me on materials that I bought to use with the stove.

Description of Work: I had my chimney cleaned. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: So far we have just had an evaluation, but they took the time to look at our chimney and fireplace in detail, provide us when a recommended plan of action to get it restored to wood-burning usability, and quoted us a very fair price. When the work is performed, the inspection fee will come off the final bill. Very professional and kind.

Description of Work: Jay returned my call before I could leave a message and was able to schedule service within a few days. He was diligent about staying in touch regarding the appointment. Even though the initial phone assessment was that putting in a screen would be sufficient, given the water coming into the home, he suggested that a cap would be more effective and prevent future issues. He also discounted the cap since it was different to what had been said earlier on. I appreciated his help and would use his service again.

Description of Work: Jay and Josh came to my home and inspected my chimney. They were personable, knowledgeable, and friendly will use them for all of my chimney needs.

Description of Work: I had birds in the chimney and either they or something else had died and it smelled awful. I called a Cleaner Chimney and they were able to come by the next day to look over the problem. He quoted me a price i thought was reasonable and we scheduled the appointment. He called to say he was running late, but then was late to the new time by about 30 minutes. However, he did a great job, cleaned out the chimney and put a cap on so that the birds would not come back. I would recommend and will use again if needed.

Description of Work: They cleaned the chimney - removed a bird's nest - and placed a cap on the chimney to prevent birds from nesting in the future. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
