Description of Work: Failure to follow-up after the seveal pours over a 4 yr. period ending in 2012, yet I continued to use Carol Hickman albeit his incomprehensibility in communication – rarely could I understand his when he spoke over the ‘phone. The work was “so-so” compounded with their failure to allow for their concrete to be placed preventing water migrating into the structures built on top of the concrete. Carol is ingratiating yet leaves much to be desired in follow-up. I should not have had to call him a dozen times of more only to have him never to return the call. I had another remedy the problem. I should have learned from the 1st experience yet continued to use him. A failure on my part. .

THEY AGREED TO REPLACE MY STOOP, AND THEN WHEN I GOT HOME AND SAW HIM WORKING, THEY HAD USED QUICK CRETE TO SEAL IT INSTEAD OF REPLACING IT. THEY REFUSE TO RETURN MY CALLS AND I TRIED CALLING THEM FOR SIX WEEKS.
Description of Work: I HAVE A SEMI CIRCLE STOOP THAT I WANTED REPLACED.

James Hickman handled this job for me. The cement portion was done satisfactorily. James was not very professional. He indicated he would come back to finish up some work but was a no show. My answer to the question of hiring them in the future, is no.
Description of Work: He did a driveway and a patio for me. He poured the cement and set the forms. After the cement was drying he swept it with a broom.
