pressure washing
+ -1 moreThe service was not performed because the vendor would not return phone calls to set up an appointment.
Description of Work: I purchased the Groupon for pressure washing services. I left four voice mail messages at the phone number given on the instructions, each time indicating I held the groupon and wanted to schedule an appointment. After a week of leaving these messages and no response, I contacted Groupon support. They also reached out to the vendor and advised he would be in contact with me within the next three business days. That was Friday. By the next Thursday I still had not heard from the vendor so I contacted Groupon support again. At this point, they refunded my purchase price. It's a shame this vendor agreed to work with Groupon to offer a deal to customers that he had no intention of providing the service. I understand that things happen and one might not be able to return the call as quickly as a customer would like. However, when four calls and messages go without any type of response that is poor business. I would not recommend this vendor nor would I contact him in the future.

+ -1 morePlease read the reviews in pressure washing there are 2 and they are almost the same where another person and I waited for A1 to show up and he did not. He will not return a phone call. I lost two days moved furniture around 3 times and he did not show to do the work. The worst part is he will not call and tell you he is not going to do be there. I read the response from A1 and i did get my money back from groupons. There has never been any threat to Brian. I did promise I would take legal action against him if he tried to cash the groupons certificate he took without doing any work and I promised him I would let everyone I could know what kind of business man he is or is not. Of course this infromation had to be left on his voicemail because as I stated he never retruned a phone call to say he was not going to show. Also noted complaints have been filed with the BBB and on yelp.
Description of Work: Did not show up for appoinmenets would not return phone calls to let you know he was not coming. Very unprofessional. Waited and waited not knowing that he was not going to show.

+ -1 morePurchased Brian's services to pressure wash our home thru Groupon. Did not show up for first appointment on a Saturday, I had to call him to find out that his child was sick. Did not show up for second appointment at all, called and said he was running late. Showed up for third appointment but said he didn't have the right equipment because the house was taller than he thought. This was after he had bragged to me how he had used Google maps streetview to check out my property before he came out. Then he, did not show up for the last appointment on a Thursday after I had taken a day off from work. Got a refund from Groupon but never did get the house washed.
Description of Work: No services were ever provided other than wasting my time.
