He came about two hours after we called on a Saturday am and puked our tank. Great service.

r. Long arrived as promised and made quick work of the job. I was directing Mr. Long to my tank and he informed me that he didn't want to cross over a side walk for fear that it might be damaged. He was able to pump the tank from about 70 feet away which I thought was pretty neat. I had never been home when our tank was pumped in the past and enjoyed watching the process. Mr. Long was kind enough to answer all my questions and also pointed out that the concrete tee on my discharge pipe was broken. He explained how to fix it with a plastic replacement and gave me the name of a local business where I could get the part if I wanted to fix it myself. An hour or two latter and it was fixed! All in all, excellent service and price.

Just moved into a home where the tank had not been pumped in 13 years after being in use by a family of 4. I had to get this pumped in between the other contractors working in the back yard (installing a pool and landscaping). As a result of that, I could not give Klean Latrine a firm day/time to come over. Instead, he would check in when he was coming to the southern part of the county to see if the and quot;coast was clear.and quot; I really appreciated his flexibility and follow up - it allowed me to slip him in when there was a change to the schedule for the other contractors. He showed up on time, quickly checked the tank, pumped and cleaned up. Very efficient, professional and pleasant.

I called Klean Latrine at 8am and John Long the owner said he would be out today. At about 4 he showed up ( same day, and not hit for an emergency trip) john was very professional. I didn't know where my septic tank was, john was able to find it in about 5 minutes. John told me what I need to do to keep my tank running well along with my leaching lines. Nice guy, trust worthy and I would recommend him to everyone.

They have always been very prompt and professional. I would refer them to family and friends.

The service they provided was excellent. My septic tank had not been emptied in over 4 years. They were very neat with the whole process, cleaning up after they were finished. They also did my nephew's tank 3 houses down and gave us both a small discount.
