+ -1 moreIt felt like he didn't want to do the work. He told us it would be $200 or more. He was supposed to call us back on a Monday and he never called. His card says free estimates but we had no luck with that. We moved on to hire someone else.
Description of Work: We saw him at another person's residence and he gave us his card. We contacted him later about getting an estimate to repair our gutters.

Very professional, polite and did a great job. Just having a service provider that is responsive and actually returns calls/emails is a huge plus these days. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Removed all old gutters and downspouts and replaced with new 6" gutters on entire house with leafguards, plus added new gutters where there had been none and rerouted others for less drainage issues.

One appointment was cancelled on the morning work was scheduled instead of a day or two before. I had changed my schedule to be present for the work.
Description of Work: Modify a downspout from spilling water onto a walkway. After discussion of negative features of relocating downspout, we modified the terminus at the bottom.

Description of Work: I just moved into our new home and noticed after the first major rain that I had some drainage issues and needed to add some additonal gutters to address the water flow issues from the roof area. Although I had partial gutters around the base of the roofline I wanted to finish the remainder of the house. I contacted three gutter installation companies listed on Angies List and Ashley was the first to respond and the first to show up. They had the best quote and the quickest installation date. As a result , I had them install 207' of 5 inch aluminum seamless gutter along with 7 downspouts, 4 downspout extensions, 4 over splash guards, 1 inside miter box, and 5 outside miter box. With the huricane season upon us I needed to redirect water from the base of the house and I wanted the job done quickly and professionally.

He was very quick to come back and fix one thing that had loosened up because of the rain. He was very professional, and he did a great job. + -1 moreShaun came by to give me an estimate and had great ideas and took time to explain the various types of gutter available and what he recommended for my home. When the installation fellas came by to install the gutters, they were not only punctual but early and very considerate of the neighborhood to stay quiet before 8:00 a.m. (which is funny since there is construction in my neighborhood and they start at 7:00 a.m. even on Saturdays). They were courteous, fast, professional and did a GREAT job - my house looks wonderful. The number of downspouts and splash guards - perfect - and I was impressed and happy that the quote included the cement "thingies" for the bottom of the downspout to avoid holes where the water comes out! I would recommend to anyone!
