septic tank
+ -1 moreBoth times they came to service our septic tank were absolutely wonderful. They're professional, efficient, and more importantly accessible. I couldn't be any happier with the service.
Description of Work: They replaced our alarm because it was destroyed by ants, and they installed risers at the entry points of the septic system. I use them twice a year to inspect our septic tank.

+ 0 moreHad septic back up into basement bathroom. I called this company and spoke to very nice lady over phone. She recommended I call a local Septic company first and referred me to Lentz (which was also great). This was an emergency and she could have taken advantage of me, but didn't. They made $0 off helping me, but I would highly recommend them to anyone due the honesty factor alone.

+ 0 moreTCW brought our electrical contractor into the loop, ensuring an almost seamless wiring and connection sequence over the course of two workdays. Since the completion of the upgrade, the system has performed perfectly even when usage rose or spiked. There have been no alarms, hence no pump stoppages.
Description of Work: Upon our request, TCW gave us a quote on upgrading the existing control panel and grinder pump component of our home's sewer system (connected to city sewer line). They recommended the replacement of one of the pump on/off float switches as well as the single-circuit control panel (for a dual-circuit one). We accepted their proposal and they completed the work on time, on budget, and as specified. Now, If the pump were to quit or the pump circuit to trip out, the alarm function will still sound the audiible alarm. The old system did not allow this to occur. On several occasions, a tripped pump resulted in the loss of all alarm functions and subsequent overflow of the holding tank.
