Travis is a total professional. He's easy going, nice to talk to. He responds quickly to texts. Our bathroom project was a gift for my mother for her birthday and we were working on a deadline. There was a delay with the glass, but Travis and his colleague came late on a Friday evening and stayed until 11PM to finish before her "reveal" party on Saturday. I can't say enough about his professionalism and the quality of his work. The price was very reasonable and the end result was stunning. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

Pricing was on-par or lower than other quotes we had received and with a much higher quality of service and better finish product (quotes from competitors for framed enclosures even came back higher- yuck!) We would recommend Pro-Tech Glass for any glass work and will, without a doubt, be using them again in the future for other renovations.

Travis was very helpful trying to adjust my shower door; he really tried to find a way to fix the problem but eventually had to replace the door. He replaced the original door that had only two hinges with a door that had three hinges. The door was too heavy to have only two hinges. He was very flexible and responsive to my schedule. I was very satisfied with both Travis and his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Travis came out within a day or 2 of me contacting him and in addition to giving me a reasonable quote, he fixed a few areas of concern with our shower BEFORE I hired him. He is clearly a perfectionist who has great attention to detail and I was impressed that he spent the extra time making sure that we didn't have water damage issues down the road. He contacted me as soon as the glass arrived and came next day to install it. The glass looks great and we're so happy we chose Pro Tech Glass.

My glass shower door needed to be replaced due to a broken hinge on a 20 year old shower enclosure. Travis from Pro Tech Glass came to my house and explained my options. Unlike others he did not push for a new complete enclosure, even though he provided a very competitive quote in addition to the quote for the door replacement. He ordered the replacement door and when he came back, he installed the door in less than an hour. He obviously had a lot of experience and paid great attention to detail. He cleaned up well after the installation was done. During the entire process his communication was excellent. He gave me regular updates about the order of the new door and scheduling his visits was easy. Pro Tech Glass provided quality work at a competitive price and I will use their service again.

I recently tried to install myself and broke the glass and they did their best to cover up my mistakes and they were very professional and timely. I am a happy customer and highly recommend these guys to anyone needing this kind of service.
