+ -1 moreThe driver pumped out our septic tank. He had a horrible attitude, almost like we were getting in his way/being a burden to him. It seemed like he didn't want to do any work today and we got in the way of it. He was 20 minutes early and we weren't entirely prepared for when he DID show up. He was supposed to do it last Friday but we never heard from the office or the driver. When asked, "Do you consider this full?", his response was, "Well, you saw what I saw." I'm not a professional when it comes to these kinds of things, hence why I called someone to take care of it. I wouldn't do business with this company again!
Description of Work: The driver dug up our ground in the backyard (where the septic tank is) and pulled up the 'doors' to the tank. He then connected the hoses together to the truck and pumped the tank out.
