Wills Roofing & Home Repair

I contacted Mr. Wills on June 6th to receive an estimate of how much it would be to fix a leaky sun room roof. I have had four other contractors out to my home to fix this roof and they some what tried to repair it. It continued to leak. Mr. Wills took pictures of the roof and showed me exactly where the repairs had been made. None of them held up because i was still getting a lot of leaks. He explained about the rubber under the shingles was not put on correctly, the flash was not accomidating the rain and there was all sorts of other messes on the roof. Mr. Wills quoted me a price of $4,000.00. He even showed me the BLACK MOLD around the skylights inside the sunroom. When the crew began removing the shingles and skylights it was a complet mess. Mr. Wills said it would now cost $15,000. to re built the entire roof, due to the moldy insulation, the rotted wood and skylights. Wow!!! I was shocked to hear it would cost so much more!!! But it had to be completed so what was i to do???? I paid to have the roof done. The job was completed and I couldn't be more sastified with my NEW ROOF and ROOM. Even after the crew cleaned up and left the premises I noticed a few things that were left undone. I contacted Mr. Wills and immediately the crew and himself were here to render the problem.

He could do it right away for me because being out of a property I needed someone that could give me a price and would be able to do the work in a small amount of time.
