Wendy Winstead consulted with us on the design, materials, lighting, and storage configuration, and she got it all just as we wanted it. The contractors she hired for the job were very good, polite, respectful of our time and property, and obviously very skilled. Not that the project went off without an occasional hitch or delay - it didn't. But communications from Wendy and the contractors were excellent - we never had to wonder where they were or what was going to happen next. Wendy heard and understood our desires, and she also respected our budget. Excellent value for dollar. In summary, we could not have been happier at completion. Over a year later, we still comment about the wonderful new kitchen in which we spend so much of our lives.

Wendy gave us an cost estimate based on our wish list and our budget, and then we worked together to bring the cost down to what we wanted to spend. Wendy was very receptive to our wants and our constraints. She understood our vision for the kitchen, and presented good ideas and alternatives to meet our budget. What is most important is that Wendy told us at the outset to expect some wrinkles once the demolition started, that her estimates in cost and time were based on what could be seen from the outside. Until the walls and ceiling were pulled down and the old cabinets were taken out, a possible hidden expense or delay couldn't be anticipated. In fact, we did encounter some slight problems, and at least one sizable delay. But at least, we as customers were given reasonable expectations at the outset. The contractors that did the work were very polite, respectful of our time and our property, and performed quality work. In all, we are very pleased with our new kitchen, and we would recommend Creative Designs, Wendy Winstead, and her contractors to anyone we know.
