Iâ ve had the worst experience this year with my in-ground pool and in-ground spa (busted pool/spa heater tubes, spa leak in my jets, and broken pool pump) and Taylor Made Contracting helped me out each time in a timely manner. Unlike Swimworld (original installers) and Crystal Clear, Derrick was very responsive to my needs, has been a great communicator and his pricing was fair. I hope this review helps others that are in need of pool or spa repairs. Highly recommend!

Taylor Made Contracting (TMC) is one of most professional companies I have had the pleasure of working with. I just moved to the area and purchased an indoor hot tub and swimming pool. I was told by the previous owner the tub could not be repaired. I was also told by other companies the same exact thing. The hot tube and pool is beautifully inclosed by tile and i did not want to purchase another tub to sit on top of the old tube as replacement. I crossed path with TMC and they said they believe they could fix the old tub. TO MY AMAZEMENT they did just that. TMC was determined to restore this project to my expectations. They were cost effective, upfront on what was needed, on time and kept thier word. To complete this project TMC needed to be electrical, masonry and plumbing savvy, and they were. Being new to the area TMC is one on the few companies that i contact that called back, followed up and showed up. I can truly say TMC provided me one of the best customer service experiences I recieved in this area, which has been rare. I will use TMC in future on other projects.

Taylor made did a great job servicing my pool and they also educated me on my pool. They come by every other week to clean my pool and I couldnâ t be happier with their services.

He did a great job figuring out the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner.
