My first call to Rid A Pest was because I found a couple of wood cockroaches in my home and panicked. They sent a technician to the home; he sprayed the perimeter outside my house for bugs and fire ants, used a broom to clear any webs from my front porch, and treated all rooms in the house. He also went down into the crawl space and put down insecticide powder to kill/deter any pests from congregating. They come to my home quarterly, but service calls in between are free if you see any bugs in the house. Rid A Pest guarantees their work, but sometimes are sluggish in getting a tech to the home in between quarterly calls. The receptionist will find reasons to deter you from scheduling a day with the technician. Overall, they are a good company. I use them and so does my stepfather.

technician was punctual and seemed to know how to approach the issue. did not provide much preventive advice or direction. came in, treated area. he was missing some equipment and had to make return trip the following day. overall, service was good but not close to perfect. had that feeling of spending much more than what you actually received

They are good. I have had good luck with them. I have a quarterly service with them. They come out anytime I call them. They come back if I have any problems. They are the only company I have used for pest control.

I have been using them since the summer of 2006. The exterminators that come out have all been knowledgeable about the pests we've seen and have sprayed and made recommendations about how to better keep pests out of the house. They have been friendly, good and we like them. I will use them again in the future.
