This is the third time I have used Davis and they are outstanding. I used to use another company in town, but every time they came I got the same thing "oh these units are pretty old, you should get new ones". Not once has anyone from Davis ever mentioned replacing with new ones. The first time I used them I was blown away, the technician fixed the problem in about 30 minutes and said well I am done and you are getting charged for a whole hour, what else can I look at to use up the whole hour. Never had anyone do that, absolutely great service. They come in and fix the problem, don't ask to replace, don't waste time, and charge a very fair price. When I do replace, they will be getting my business.

It went very well. They were very prompt and they were like 5 stars. They called when they were on their way and got there when they said they would. They didn't try to overcharge me for anything.

What I liked best is that they gave a lifetime warranty for the heat exchanger on the unit; I couldn't find that anywhere else.

They were quick and explained the issue well. Most of all, they were honest and fair! We will use Davis for all our HVAC issues; I highly recommend them.

THe visit went well and I had no complaints. THe following year , I did not call them because my unit started acting up and I called my home buyers warranty company to have it fixed. Otherwise, I would have called them again.

Diagnosed and replaced exhaust blower motor on gas pack. Also replaced electrical lock out breaker damaged from surge. Motor was not on truck. They ordered and replaced the following day. On time each time, preceeded by phone calls notifying status. Checked levels on freon before leaving as well.

They visited the same day as the call and were on time. During the walk-through for the estimate, we got the impression that they were not real interested and thought the work would involve breaking into the foundation. We never received an estimate. It would have been better if they had said that they did not do duct replacement and offered alternative companies that did.

I am not well versed in how one's appliances and systems work to make your house habitable and comfortable. The individual shared information that gave me peace of mind without making me feel like an idiot. Now that the coils have been cleaned, the temperature in my house is cooler and my unit doesn't come on as much. It is also quieter.
