Creech's Plumbing

Over the years we've used Creech for various plumbing jobs. They show up on time, do the work, clean up, and stand by their work. We had to get this pressure reducer valve installed due to high pressure that can hurt plumbing. The guys had to dig through some difficult soil but they were successful. It took several hours. We are pleased with the work.

I called for an estimate to have new plumbing installed to add a half bath. I was informed first of all that Rocky Mount, NC is too far since they are in Wilson and they charge $95 to give an estimate. Wow. The female who answered the phone however was very professional.

Called them the night before, they got back to me around 9am the next morning. At first, the office told me they couldn't get to me until the following week (this was Friday, it would be Tuesday). No problem, we still had 1 working toilet. However, I was told they would check with another company they sometimes refer customers to when they are booked. Got a call back within 30 minutes. Was told they would shift things around and have someone out before 1pm. They showed up about 11:30am. They walked in, checked the toilet flow. It was working slowly, so the guy used his heavy duty snake and it started working great. (We could have just used a longer snake ourselves, but hey - it got fixed.) Only complaint is the price. It cost $74.95 just to have them walk in the door. Another $75 to run their super-snake. Was supposed to tell me first that it would cost the extra $75, but he didn't. Which is why I gave them a C in price. They were here less time than it took them to get here. I guess that's the point - the rumors of plumbers costing a lot is no joke. I'm a new home-owner, so live and learn. I think next time I'll send my brother to Lowe's for a bigger super-snake of our own. Anything else, I'd probably use them again. But, I thank them very much for getting someone here so quick. The guys were pleasant, professional and helpful. It was suggested I might look into replacing the toilet itself at some point, since it really doesn't flush as well as it should anyway. I'll probably do that when I can next afford a repair - which will probably be awhile.

Installed new kitchen sink and faucet. Did great job retrofitting new sink and plumbing. Repair leak in bathroom. Repaired 3 toilets.

Excellent, professional, precise work. They also sanded and repaired my Coriander counter tops. They have also installed a tankless hit water heater. Excellent service. As well as several minor repairs in shower, replaced commode and fixed plumbing leaks. Very professional work. Top notch!

It was great. They came when they said they were going to come. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The first service call was free and the next visit was very well priced. It was top quality work and they didn't try to push other products which I found to be very professional. I would use them again in the future.
