Description of Work: Carpet put down in one room

Description of Work: installed vinyl flooring and carpet in my small in-law's cottage. Salesman offered free estimate for window blinds but no one ever called or showed up.

Description of Work: Carpets by David put down laminate floors for us in the fall of 2010 and a week into their life span they started to scratch, chip and shrink. We called Carpets by David and they sent their guys out to look at it and then then a rep. from Shaws (the company that makes the laminate floor) came out to look at it. Shaws would not take responsiblity for their product, so Carpets by David, at their own expense put down another floor by a different manufacturer. Carpets by David stood by their name and their labor and now we have a floor we hope to have for a very long time.

Description of Work: They laid new carpeting in our bedrooms and laminant floors in the rest of the home. The guys did a great job, the only complaint I have is they did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I had to go behind them and vacuum off the baseboards that had the saw dust from cutting the laminant.

Description of Work: They redid the carpet when I first moved into my home. They did a wonderful job. They took the carpet out and put boxes of baking soda all over the house and left it for a weekend and then swept it up. They then put the carpet down after that. The fixed little cracks before they put the carpet down. Everything was perfect and looks perfect. They did such a good job I call them to fix the linoleum in the bathroom. They didn’t do this so well the first time around. It looks liked they hadn’t finished. There was glue everywhere. I called them and David said he would make everything right. He came back personally to make sure everything is done correctly and it now it looks great.
