Description of Work: Mark came out and gave us an exact price for replacing our old HVAC unit and duct work. The technicians showed up on time. Everytime they came into my home they wore shoe covers and let us know exactly what they were doing and what to expect. Since it was winter, B&J let borrow space heaters until our new hybrid unit and duct work was installed and running. All in all the work only took one week! The unit runs great and our utility bills are cut by 1/3, just as Mark said they would be. Great job!!!

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE CALLED AT 7 A.M. WHEN WE HAD NO HOTWATER COMING FROM OUR 10 YR OLD UNIT. THEY ARRIVED 45 MINUTES LATER AND PRONOUCED OUR UNIT DOA. THEY GAVE US TWO OPTIONS ONE WAS THE RENI TANKLESS SYSTEM,WHICH WE CHOSE. THEY TOOK EXTRA STEPS TO PROTECT OUR HARDWOOD FLOORS WITH A DOORMAT AND SHOE COVERS ON THEIR WORK BOOTS.THEY EXPLAINED HOW THE NEW SYSTEM WOULD SAVE US MONEY ON OUR GAS BILL WHICH WOULD OFFSET THE COST. WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN A SAVING OF $940.00 IN 6 MONTHS!!
