 + -1 morePrompt response with estimate and installation . Little slow about addressing concerns after the sale .
Description of Work: Did a great job with exception of follow up on my concern with seams , that appeared to be overly noticeable . I will mention , again , to sales soon , to see if they come over and attempt to resolve . outside the aforementioned , great quality products , and knowledgeable sales and service people . They are very competative .

 + -1 moreThey were very competitive with their prices. I was able to purchase the highest quality carpeting and padding. The installers were very polite and professional. They were very neat and cleaned up. This is second time I used them. The sales person, Cecil, has been with the company for years. He followed after the job was completed. This an excellent company to do business with.
Description of Work: They installed carpet in the great room, foyer, hallway, and bedroom.
