+ -1 moreThey repaired my mom's house when her roof caved in. Then they said they would help me next. The did some dry wall patching and then vanished. Took my antique floor samples and would not respond or return the samples so that I could hire someone else so I had to cut into my floor myself. I understand you don't want to work on my house but at least return my samples. Unbelievable! I waited and waited and they kept saying they'd be there and I was #1 priority and I'd be back to normal by christmas. Still sleeping in my living room with three kids in a danger zone.
