Great job. One was broken but they noticed it and came back to fix it within a week.

I had nine(9) windows installed on the upstairs of our house because the originals didn’t close properly and were missing hardware. The installers were great and were in and out in no time. I decided to use Window World again for our downstairs windows which had moisture issues. That’s where I went wrong. First, they forgot to place the order for the windows. The salesman, who measured all the windows, promised a five(5) week turnaround . . . turned out to be ten(10). I was never given a phone call. Next, the windows which were ordered, were measured incorrectly. This was verified by the installers when the placed the new window against the old. I had to chase down the manager, Chris, to find the next step. “Ok, lets re-measure. We’ll order new ones.” The new ones arrive five weeks later, after I called Chris to check on the progress. The “new” ones had same date code as the mis-measured ones and had same dimensions. Why? Turns out Chris claimed they had discussion with their top installer that these will fit and will prove it. Why I waited another month and was told these were new is troubling. They replaced one in the garage, and as expected, it was completely wrong. Game over. At this point, it had already been about six months, with countless interruptions in work schedules to meet the workers, who had to turn around every time they came to install. Im not sure if it was incompetence, pride which made them believe this measurement was correct. However, it was the deceit which I could tolerate. Each step of the way, I had to initiate communication with Chris. The only times I was contacted was by Chris’ secretary who caught the blunt of my frustration. I believe a mistake was made in measuring, but instead of taking ownership and correcting it, they lied. If not for the integrity of a couple of honest workers, I would have not had known. What would had happened if I did not meet them outside? Would they had been told to, “make it work?’ After speaking to the owner, I was able to get a full refund on my deposit along with an apology. I hope I am the exception. However, the chain of events leaves me with doubts. Not what you want when spending $20,000.

We called Window World and they came out within a couple of days and gave us an extremely reasonable price. They requested half of the cost upfront which was totally reasonable. Since it was in November we requested that the work be done after the first of the year due to our outside decorations. Their office called us right after Christmas to schedule the work. They said the installer would be there between 9 & 10:00 and was here at 8:45 on the specified day which was awesome. I was a little concerned that there was only one person to do the job, but as it turned out my concern was for naught. He was very professional and certainly knew what he was doing. He finished installing the windows and actually went over and above by doing a little facia work that needed repairing. He completed all by 4:30 that day. I was also impressed with the equipment the company furnished him with to safely complete the job. I'm still enjoying looking out of the crystal clear windows. I am so pleased with the style of windows they installed as the top window will go down if I choose to have them open that way. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was looking for the best vinyl window for my home. I was looking at Simonton Windows since I had them installed into my sun room. I had three suppliers quote replacement windows. Some people at work suggested I also quote Window World. The salesman (Eddie Cahill) came out and impressed me with the Window World windows. I had him to take the window apart and did the same with my Simonton and compared them side by side. Was very hard to tell the difference in quality. Window World had a few extra features I liked. I decided to go with them. They were a better value. They ordered the windows and took 8 weeks exactly as indicated. They preformed the installation. The installers arrived exactly when they said, worked the entire day and finished the job as promised. I am very happy with the installation. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The windows were installed from outside the house. They chiseled the wood bead holding the old windows in. A little bit crude but effective. I would have thought they would sawed the bead out. By using a chisel, the wood was a bit ragged. As part of the installation, I had the outside of the old sill and brick molding wrapped in aluminum. It looked great. It covered the ragged edge. On another note, I have been told that the low end replacement window of Home Depot called American Craftsman is a really bad choice.

I did not use this provider. I did not trust the salesman because I knew a permit was not required for the job..

They did a very good job. They were prompt and I thought the price was reasonable. I thought their pricing was reasonable for what they were doing. I was pleased with their work and they were very professional. They made some suggestions with the type of windows that I had and what they would replace them with. I liked their advice. I though it was a good advice.

Work was performed as per the estimate. Time frame was as described. Installers were courteous and professional. Trimmed out everything, cleaned up, and job looks great.

To date windows have still not arrived. When 45 days past we called Window World they said and quot;We got very busyand quot; and our windows still have not arrived. We have not received a call from the company. We have to initiate the calls, they are not following up. So far, the sales pitch has been excellent, but the master company has failed to deliver in the allotted time. Will let you know when the product arrives if the windows are as promised. We have another order pending, but will wait to see how good these windows are before doing any further ordering. Seems that this company should be more attuned to their customers. I'm happy, that in this economy they are busy, but would appreciate it if they would contact me, rather than having me contact them.

The guy came, took measurements, and then never got back to me with an estimate, even after I made a followup call. It's a shame, too, I liked the looks of the products in the brochure.

They are very reliable and do excellent work. I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. All 18 windows installed in 4 hours with no patching of moldeing required. Amazing.

Initial contact last part of January or first of February. Placed order. Yellow Pages listed '90 days same as cash' - Applied on the corporate website and was approved for their Wells Fargo Credit Card. Local owner hemmed and hawed and finally said that he was unable to honor that credit card. We were under the impression he had ordered windows at the initial contact, when we had signed the contract, with delivery in 2 weeks. On Feb 16 it was determined no order had been placed, and another personal credit card was debited for 1/2 total contract. Windows were finally installed March 10, 2011 almost six weeks after initial order was signed. The same personal credit card was charged with the remaining 1/2 total amount. - Installation crew was EXCELLENT and windows are great. We feel there was an extreme lack of communication and professionalism from the start. We have had an occasion to use them for new window shutters. This transaction went quite well, though WE had to contact Window World (it would have been an appropriate time for the shutters to have been mentioned as an availability upon initial contact regarding windows. We did not know they carried shutters until the installers of the windows mentioned it to my wife.

Window World had the cheapest quote I could find. The installation was super fast and I didn't even need to be home for the installation. They were very efficient and convenient.

It was a two day job to replace the windows. The installers came on time and worked with only one short break. They were careful about cleaning up after themselves, but I had to point out some trim that had pulled away from the wall. I'm giving them a very good in general but an ok with the details.

Price way to high!!!!!!!

The finished project was outstanding. The windows themselves are top notch. I liked everything about this company and would use them again in the future. They also gave us the lowest price out of 9 other companies.

The initial representative arrived on the date and time agreed on. He discussed all the options, took a measurement of each window to be replaced and then provided a quote fotr everything I requested. After agreement a date and time was set up for installation. The crew arrived with all the replacement windows and materials required to finish the job in one day. After the work was complete and cleaned up I inspected each window inside and out with their representative and was given the lifetime guaranty.

The installers came a little early, started right away, were professional, installed quickly, were fast, and finished that day, as they said they would. These are energy efficient low E windows, which qualify for the tax credit stimulus package up to 30% of the total bill.There was a few small issues that needed to be fixed and they came right back the next day and took care of it and made it perfect.I cannot say enough good things about the windows and the work, they did a super job and do great follow-up work.
