They arrived on time and immediately went to work, removing the screens and then washing the interior windows, the the exterior windows. They did not do a walk through with me before starting or upon completion. When they left, I noticed smudges on some of the windows, so out came my bottle of windex and I finished the job. Some of the areas between the windows and screens, where dirt collects, were not cleaned at all. As I had used the company in the past with good results, I expected the same service as the previous time.

Window Gang said that they would arrive around 12:00 noon and arrived at 12:05. They cleaned the gutters and washed down the whole house. It looks great. They worked quickly and cleaned up very well. Except a very clean house and shed, you could see no sign that they had been here. I would strongly recommend this company and will use them again next spring!!

I called in to the office and was greeted with a nice, pleasant, professional young lady. She was very informative concerning there services, and prices. Due to my busy schedule, this young lady was very understanding and coordinated a time and date that would work best for me! One week later, on the scheduled time and date of the appointment, two young fellows (late 20's early 30's) showed up in a clean, well marked, professional looking van. They greeted me at the door, introduced themselves, and discussed everything that was written on there work order. They instructed me to walk around the home with them and point out any particular troublesome areas that I had concerns about. I pointed out the fact that I had a very expensive Japanese Maple in one corner of my home and they made note of it and said they would cover the tree and take special care of that area so as to not cause harm to the plant! After going over the specifics with the two gentlemen, I went back inside and left them to do there job. From time to time I looked to see how things were going and was very surprised to find them working together as a team. They worked non stop, in a very methodical manner. I noticed they had tented up a piece of plastic over the Japanese Maple tree I had pointed out and they figured out a way to clean that section of my home without getting my tree wet! It was amazing! I noticed 2 hours later that the fellows were completed with the exterior house washing of the home and they preceded to clean all the exterior windows. They used a scrubber on each pain of glass and then used a squeegee to remove the water. They then used a little blue towel to detail the edges of the glass! My windows have never looked better! It does not even look like there is glass in the doors in my living room! All in all it took a little over 3 hours for this team to complete the job. They both came to the door when complete, walked me around my home, and asked if there was any problem or any thing else that they could do for me! Everything looked great! I was quite happy, paid these two gentlemen, and then received a nice thank you call the following morning from the nice lady in this companies office! These guys were professional from top to bottom! They answered all my questions and concerns, worked around my schedule, and took care of my property like it was there own! I highly recommend this company...especially the crew that came to my home!

The service was great and done at the scheduled time we had set. They guys came out in uniform and in a truck with the company logo. They went over everything that I wanted done and then got to work. When the guys were done we did a walk around and they asked if I needed anything else, that is when I added on a few extras because I was so impressed with the work they had already done. I didn't realize how bad my windows were till I had them cleaned WOW what a difference. They were very efficient at what they did, this would have taken me all weekend and I could have never made them look this good.

It went great. I called the window gang and was scheduled to have the work done with in the week. Their crew came out and was as nice as anyone could ask for. They got to work immediately and worked efficiently, doing there best not to disturb anyone at the house. They were a pleasure to work with!
