Description of Work: I had used this company a few years ago to put Hunter Douglas blinds in my condo, but at that time I did not do the guest room. This engagement was to do that room. I was pleased they had all my records from the first purchase so it was easy to ensure I got the same product. Also, the cost had come down since my first engagement - a nice surprise. One of my blinds had been taken down and rehung by a contractor who did some work for me last year and it wasn't hanging quite right. When the installer came with my new blinds, he fixed that one as well at no extra charge. Everything was quick and easy and my new blinds look great!

 + -1 moreEverything went smoothly from Sally, who scheduled the measurement of louver needing replaced to the install today. Highly recommend this company!!!
Description of Work: Wilmington Blind and Shutter installed blinds throughout my home eight years ago and I have been extremely happy with them. Today Alex, their install expert replaced a louver that had been damaged by a grandchild. Alex is extremely personable and professional. He answered all my questions and I was very pleased.

 + 2 moreThe owners personally visited for measurements & material advice. The experienced installer used some tricks of the trade to deal with less-than-level windows to make the project look great! Definitely on our list for repeat business!! note: This company deals in custom, made-to-order products. Be sure to allow for reasonable delivery time.
Description of Work: Installed custom cornices in our living room. Solved some trublesome engineering problems to deliver a beautiful product. Professional in every way -- owners, sales staff and installers.
