 + -1 moreSo far, very happy with the service - prices are high, but comparable to other services with lesser signal strength.
Description of Work: Start up service for the jetpack - I left a competitor after many years because the signal strength was failing. Verizon had the equipment at a reasonable price, and although there was a computer glitch that lost my original order, when I told them their counter offer wasn't acceptable, they came back, made one more effort to locate the original offer, and found it - plus gave me extra usage for my inconvenience.

 + 0 moreThey help you figure out the plan that works best for you. You can also look at your account online and adjust it if you aren't using it or change it if you need more. The internet connection is great. I've got one of those little boxes and I can take it with me even to the beach. We've been using them for about 10 years.
