We started using Truclean about three years ago and I cannot say enough good things about them! Becky is a gem on the phone; she is very quick to respond and does her best to schedule us within 48 hours of calling for service. The same two gentleman have been cleaning our carpets for three years! We have two dogs and a small child (plus a less than neat husband!) in a house with creamy white carpet. That thought alone would worry most homeowners but after our relationship with Truclean, I don't sweat it. I've had two "emergency" situations and Truclean has responded quickly, professionally and expertly each time. Thank you, thank you for being a fantastic company to work with!!

I really thought I'd be replacing my carpet until Truclean saved the day!

Truclean came first to clean my vintage Harden sofa, whose label was full of dire warnings. The Truclean crew did a fantastic job and the sofa looks like a million bucks. Then I had them back to clean the carpets in my new home. Again, they did a great job. On both occasions, they were on the dot to the appointment time. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Also, Becky, the owner of the company, very helpfully referred me to some other excellent service providers. I wish I could use Truclean every day!

Great, great job. They arrived on time, were very professional. They charged $15 less than estimate because of our short staircase. Even gave me some pads to put under furniture legs in case carpet is still a bit damp by the time we need to move furniture back. Wish we called them 6 months ago. I'd used them again absolutely.

They brought in these fans to get the odor out from the last owner of the home, I was impressed.
