flooring contractor
+ -1 moreI purchased engineered bamboo flooring (the kind you lay on concrete with a click system) at Lumber Liquidator and TRM was the installer. From the very beginning, he was responsive and professional....The flooring installation was in March, 2013. A month ago (September), the flooring in one spot started to pull away from the adjacent boards .......because the system is a click and lock type, the boards started to rise. Tom stood behind his work and repaired it completely at no additional cost to me. Apparently, the engineered bamboo does tend to shrink, causing the unexpected problem. He installed a transition piece and the flooring went back in place. He answered all calls and emails from the beginning.
