Had several estimates and Tri-county was the lowest, nearly 1/3 of the highest. Plus they were highly rated by previous clients. They showed up on time and the results were excellent. I ended up paying $115 more than the agreed price and tipped the 2 workers $20 each. Iâ d give them 6 â­ ï¸ !

Tri-County, Pressure Washing cleaned our roof and our house. The roof was installed seven years ago. And had a lot of streaks and discoloration. The house and the roof now looks incredible! The roof looks as good as it did the day it was done seven years ago! My wife and I could not be happier! The professionalism of the owner and his team was so greatly appreciated!!

Showed up on time and did an excellent job on the house, driveway and patios. Was extra careful with plants etc so no soap got on them, and was mindful that the concrete driveway and patios were too new to use all his normal chemicals (which we would not have known otherwise). Very competitive in pricing and we would certainly recommend and plan to use him again next year.

Came out to look at the job and give us the coast. He called that evening to schedule an appointment time to power wash our home. He called the day of the appointment prior to arriving at the house and arrived 10 minutes early. He was knowledgeable, professional, timely and respectful. The men working with him to do the job were also professional and very competent.
