+ -1 moreMr. Franks and his son came out next day and installed a new hvac system to insure we didn’t go without AC during these hot days. They are punctual, fair priced, and reliable. Will continue to use them for any hvac service needed in the future. Highly suggest these guys!

+ -1 moreJob was staggered so only one unit was out at a time. Work took one day for each unit. Excellent work and timely completion. I have 16 rental units and use Tony for all my work. He is knowledgeable, fair and professional.

+ -1 moreI was given Tony's name by a neighbor who highly recommended him. I had been using the same guys that originally installed my unit when the house was built, but they more or less left me high and dry. My downstairs coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. The issue was it was only 13 months old and 1 month out of warranty. Tony worked with the distributor and was able to get the unit under warranty saving me a bundle of $$. He then promptly got the new coil and installed it as promised. I honestly could not have asked for better service from someone. I HIGHLY recommend Tony and his son if you need any HVAC work. You will not be disappointed.

+ -1 moreMr Franks in 2014 replaced central air unit and duct in my house. He was reasonable and completed all work quickly and on time. He followed up the next year at not cost to me and corrected a small problem with the temperature thermostat. I would recommend and use his company again.

Description of Work: Our old a/c units died and left us in July heat without relief. I have a two year old whose room turned into an oven and we needed a/c urgently but could not find anyone who could replace (at minimum)our downstairs unit for an affordable price. Not only did Tony Franks Heating and A/C significantly beat the price of the other 10 companies we received bids from, but the price was so much better that we were able to get BOTH upstairs and downstairs units put in right away! They were also able to start sooner than any other company and committed themselves fully to getting the job done fast for the sake of my daughter. This household owes a huge thank you to Tony and his employees for the time, effort, and most of all heart that they put into our home.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well, Tony arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and had to leave to get the part, he had tried to repair the old motor, but it was not repairable (and he showed me why it was not repairable), he was able to contact a local distributor who had the part and was willing to provide it for pickup after normal business hours (5 PM). Tony came back within an hour and had the new motor installed quickly. We had been without heat the previous night in 27 degree weather. We appreciate the quality work, professionalism and honesty of this company and will reccommend them to everyone in need of heating and air conditioning service. (we have used Tony in the past for our AC service and had great service then also).
