Description of Work: Moved appliances out of kitchen, removed old ceramic tile (I'm on the 3rd floor), repaired extensive sub floor damage, re-leveled floor and installed new Pergo laminate flooring. I requested repair of old bi-fold pantry door, but John recommended replacement with single six panel door, he framed it in and installed it. This was a great idea and I'm very happy with it! Repaired sheet rock damage, fixed floor in laundry room and re-hung loose doors. Cleaned and re-grouted my granite counter tops, He noticed that my smoke detectors were not functioning, and fixed those too!! I am very pleased and will definitely hire TKO Construction for future projects! Highly recommended!!

+ 1 moreOwner of TKO (Jon Fernandez) did an excellent job! Work was completed from start to finish in 3 days as stated. Everything was properly cleaned up after job was completed. My new kitchen looks amazing! I would not hesitate to use TKO again. Too bad they don't do HVAC installations or I would have them out here next week!
Description of Work: TKO performed a complete kitchen remodel which included kitchen demolition (old tile and cabinet rip out), a new tile floor (400 sq) and new cabinet installation (approx. 22 cabinets with crown). Tile and cabinets were purchased by client.
