We purchased a residential property in Wilmington that was in serious need of updates outside to the shrubbery and ground cover. Thorpe came out and did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard and putting down dark mulch (instead of pine straw that was just blowing around the yard). It looks SO much better. And the Shrubbery was properly trimmed and looks fantastic now !!! Thanks Thorpe !!!

Dan and his crew, especially Dillon, installed a beautiful 20x20 brick patio at our home a couple of weeks ago. We live next door to 2 retired builders and they couldn’t say enough about the quality of their work. They were professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Thorpe for any landscaping needs.

two 6 foot + crepe myrtles did not leaf out. One in the front yard and one in the back yard. I mentioned this to Thorpe, then questioned them about it and then I complained, but I was repeatedly told the trees were alive. After almost 1/2 year, I demanded the trees be replaced, but Thorpe continued to refuse . I had to get my lawyer involved in order to get my money back so I could hire a different landscaper to fix Thorpe's mess. The dead tree in the front was full of bugs and the dead tree in the back had its roots cut to short. Thorpe was quick to take my money but had no interest in making the me happy after they had my money, nor did they want to honor the warranty until my lawyer got involved. A horrible experience.

Great. Dan's crew started on time, installed the new lawn in about 5-6 hours. Came up 1/2 pallet short on the sod, leaving a big gap in my lawn. Dan made a few calls and showed up a few hours later with the sod and installed it himself. Dan understands customer service.

Dan and his team were incredibly responsive and provided a detailed quote that was very reasonable. We decided to not proceed with the project right then but would definitely use Thorpe Landscapes for any project in the future. Great company, A+ service and responsiveness.

It was great! They did a very thorough job. It took them about a week and a half, and they were here everyday. They all seemed so happy, and when I asked why, they said it was easy when you love your job! They were very professional and worked really well as a team.
