I would highly recommend Wilmington Window Company! And have to all of my friends and family. Pete and his two awesome installers are a dream to work with. They installed our windows fast and they look absolutely beautiful! Hard working, honest, and dependable. You can't ask for much more! Will definitely be using Wilmington Window Company again!

The job was completed in a professional and timely manner. It was very easy working with them. In fact, I was able to arrange the window replacement for a rental house over the phone. When the job was complete, I returned to Wilmington to examine the job. I was very pleased and will use some of their other services in the future.

They were not the cheapest, nor were they the best quality (though they'll tell you this, shop around). They repeatedly failed to do what they said they would do day after day (constant scheduling setbacks that they did not notify us of) A project we were told would be completed by 4/15 was finally completed 5/6. Save yourself time, money, and stress; go to Lowes or Window World. Every other contractor we used for services in our new home did what they said they would do within the timeline and budget they originally specified. The owner never had any dialog with me other than the initial consultation (in which I found his demeanor to be off-putting and unprofessional), and instead, he opted to communicate exclusively with my realtor going forward. I wouldn't have minded that if my realtor was paying for the windows, but since I was footing the bill, I expected to be regarded as the customer and provided customer service. I would have appreciated even a text message heads-up of ALL of the scheduling changes, but it just felt like they showed up whenever they wanted, and completed whatever work they felt like doing. It was abundantly clear our project was of little priority to them. What was supposed be "a day and a half's work" instead spanned over two weeks and by completion, was three weeks late, none of this with my prior knowledge or consent. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemies. I would have preferred to leave them no stars, but Facebook required at least one. Seriously yall, this company is the worst, and normally I advocate for small business, but this business is small for a reason. It's a marvel they are even still IN business.

Some window companies pay their workers by the window and are concerned for quantity over quality. This is not the case with Wilmington Window Company. Pete and his guys are true professionals. The windows in my house were an issue from original builder, who is out of business. All the windows were installed prior to the brick facade being set up. On top of that, they were incorrectly installed and of the lowest quality. Gary and Pete came in and were meticulous with the measurements, coming back again to verify BEFORE any quote on the job was given to eliminate any surprises. The actual installation took about two (2) weeks for thirty plus(30+) windows. The crew took careful steps in the removal of the old, and installation of the new windows and went back and rechecked their work constantly. All the installers were personable, professional and took ownership of their work and always cleaned up prior to departure every night. My wife felt very comfortable with them in our house (we have small children). We were always in communication with Pete, who came by every day, verified the progress and answered any questions we might have. The windows we had installed are far superior to the original “builders special” with a noticeable difference in our power bill and especially noise transfer. Our final bill was the exact amount of the original quote. We could not be happier in our choice of Wilmington Window Company. Thank you, Pete.
