+ -1 moreEverything started off great. It seemed like they just became comfortable and started leaving things off. I would have to call the owner every month and they would have to come back out and fix what they missed. I was paying $280 a cleaning. They were not doing a thorough job. I had recommended this company to a friend who is having the same experience now as well. this company is not consistent and I would definitely not recommend them.
Description of Work: I hired Maids of Wilmington to clean my home monthly starting in February of 2015. I ended my relationship with them in August of 2015.

Description of Work: They do my house every other week,on a regular basis, and are also available for in-between help, as well as extras listed on their website. They are totally great: on time, honest, quick but thorough, with a team leader and 3 people each assigned particular areas ,like one who does primarily vacuuming, etc., and within about an hour or so my whole house is dust-free, beds changed if I ask, all surfaces/4 baths/kitchen, disinfected and they are listening to customers and are cleaning with the use of more harmful-chemical free, natural and green products. They are polite and personable but stick to their work well. I am pleased with the pricing, but cannot reveal it here as it is personal!
