Terry first told her buyers not to accept my preapprved real estte offer because my bank (the larget military bank in the US) would not beable to close the deal. She provided an inaccurate heated square footage on listing the property. When called on the difference, she at first denied it was even possible, then when presened with the evidence accused me and my agent of lying, and only when fcd to remeasure the property admitted her mistake, but claimed no responsibility. She would not approach client about issue, nor would she take responsibility for mistake. When presented with inspection report from home inspector,he claimed I paid the home inspector to find things wrong with the property that were not wrong, and that he was "in he bag". I intentionlly hired a home inspector frm out of town that I had no ties to and had never met before in my life. When presented with issues on the property she first said there was nothing wron, in writing multile times, then came bac, in writing, and said that she and the seller knew that there was in issue with the items in question. When we went to closing, her clients neglected to show, nor did the sign all the paperowork causing an increase in my rate. When confonted with that she stated they never agreed to nor even knew about closing, but she signd the paperwor herself and had sent emails that proved otherwise t closing attorney. She is a nothing more than someone not to be trusted or believed at her "word"
