Terminix - Wilmington

Jeramiah, my technician, came today and performed the pest control spraying. He is always so pleasant and does a great job and I hope he continues to be my technician always.

I would use them in the future.

They have a couple of termite protection systems. They put the bait system around my house and some termites got through and caused a few thousand dollars of damage. They did cover and repair all the damage.

They are expensive.

They wouldn't stand by the the moisture control service. The floors in 8 room buckled with carpeting. We have to replace the flooring totally. I will use them in the future only for the termite inspection contact.

It went perfectly. They were on time and very professional.

The provider failed to show at scheduled times and did not notify us. We still have insect problems after 3 months of treatment.

They come twice a year to treat my house. They first come and treat your house for 600 Dollars and then the yearly service is cheaper. They come and get the job done.

I don't like the fact that they are not good in scheduling.

I like their convenience; they can come to the house and take everything from the outside. We don’t have to be there because we work. They leave us a note, they leave us a form for what they found or didn’t find. If you need them to come by or if you have a bug problem they are there the next day. We had a bad bug problem last summer, never had such problem before and nothing we did worked and whatever they did, it worked. The price is average because I priced them around.

They're timely and an established company. They do what they have to do and get out of here. Their prices are fair. The quality of their service is excellent. They've been here every time I've needed them. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

Terminex checks bait traps for termites every 2 months on the exterior of our home. We have an annual service contract with them. We have never had any problems with this company. The staff is always polite.

Overall I have been happy with the service. The estimate and initial treatments were quick and easy. We have see some bugs around since the treatments, but it's never going to be 100% coverage, so it's not a big deal.

It was only installed a couple months ago. They haven't come back to do the reading on whether or not the moisture has dropped, but we did have an issue and they came back to fix it. They always come back if something is wrong to make it right.
