The rude service coordinator demanded money immediately before work was performed. Would not provide us with the estimate/service analysis without paying first, stating that people take the service analysis and call out other companies. We used them despite both my husband and myself having an issue since they were recommended by the company that built the hot tub. After performing the work the unit worked briefly (a week). We called because we smelt gas and the service coordinator alerted NO one. Two days after smelling gas and more calls the after hours desk sent someone out to turn off the gas to the unit. We reported the issue and discussing the rude behavior with Supervisor only to be charged for two hours work that took 30 minutes. Our unit still does not work properly so I called with no resolution, coordinator stated they had no appointments available. After emails to supervisor and calling again my husband spoke with supervisor only to be told he would not return to complete the work. We reported the service issue to the hot tub company. We were told they do not recommend them anymore as they have lied about warranty issues and left other customers with inoperable units. Never use these guys.
