Description of Work: Repaired wooden fence

Description of Work: Cut off the bottom of my wood fence to prevent wicking, renailed lose boards and replaced one rotted board.

Description of Work: One of their workers came out and tried to fix the gate. It was not a successful fix, but I'm not sure that it is his fault. He looked at the rest of the fence and said that it really was not easily fixable--the wood was too warped. The owner called to comment on his report and came out to look at the fence. He too agreed that it was not easily fixable. There was also an issue re going on a neighbor's property (it turns out that the house is for sale and empty). In the end, it was suggested that we simply ask for our money back and turn this over to our Homeowners Association.

Description of Work: This was a wooden fence repair and an Angie'sList deal. The proprietor came out to evaluate the job and agreed that it qualified for the deal, but requested that I have the large amount of virginia creeper and potential poison ivy removed from the fence first. This was done a couple of weeks later by a landscaper as part of a major hard-pruning of shrubbery. Before I could call T&D Fencing back they actually came by, saw that the fence was cleared, and made the repair. Great job!

Description of Work: ]NOTHING....PROVIDER DID NOT RETUN MY CALLS

Description of Work: I called T & D Custom fencing to have them come out for an estimate. We made arrangements for him to come out on Wednesday around 5:00, and if he couldn't make it he would call me. Wednesday came, and he didn't show up or attempt to call me and reschedule. However he did call me on Thursday and apologized for missing our appointment. He asked if we could reschedule for Saturday morning between 9:00 and 10:00 that morning. Saturday came and again he didn't show up for our appointment, or call to reschedule. He then called me at 2:00 that afternoon, and wanted to know when he could stop by to give me an estimate. I reminded him that he was suppose to come out to my house between 9:00 and 10:00 that morning. He again apologized for missing our appointment, and explained he got tied up at a job site, and had left his phone in the truck. After missing two appointments I told him that I would not be doing business with him. This is disappointing because the company does quality work, and overall has a good reputation.
