+ 0 moreWhen he estimated the job it was supposed to be $7000, after closer inspection when he pulled up the floor the price went up because of some rotting. He shows when he says he will, he does what he says he will do and he works steadily the entire day long. He wrote a detailed contract, as he worked I added things verbally, he didn't write it down and forgot to do some it. I don't really have any gripes because he did a beautiful job. He came back and did handyman work also.
Description of Work: 2 Bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: Needed to remove a wall separating kitchen and living room. Brian Swanson was the best and understood my sense of urgency. He also remodeled my kitchen to accommodate my disabilities. He is a work machine, get's the job done and will use local carpenters if assistance is needed. Taking the wall down was not a one man job! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a hard worker and a no-nonsense way of tackling difficult jobs. Will definitely be using Swanson Construction again to remodel the bathroom for accessibility, in fact I will not look at anybody else!
