Description of Work: Recently had several rooms re-carpeted. Sutton's carry a great selection of premium quality carpeting. Great customer service from both the owners. The installers they contract with were both pleasant guys, work hard, work fast and do excellent work. We will go back to look for room size rugs as soon as we decide on some furniture. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Description of Work: Although opted to use our builders rug company because we had an allowance, we found the Suttons to be the most professional and highest quality sales and service carpet store in all of Wilmington. They provided excellent quote service and lots of info on warranties and interior design. Highly recommend.

My parents visited the storeroom and were greeted and assisted immediately. They were tremendously impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and accountable of the team. The day of installation went very well and exceeded my parent's expectations. They were very pleased with Sutton's and will surely recommend their services.
Description of Work: Moved furniture, removed old carpet, and installed newly purchased carpet in a large master bedroom

+ -1 moreI was out shopping for area rugs, and Suttons was recommend to me. I stopped by and was greeted by the owner. She was invaluable in helping me find samples of rugs that may have worked for me. I was permitted to take home samples ( which many stores would not permit you to do ) and test them on the floor of my room. I did find a rug that worked perfectly but when I did bring the samples back and was quoted a price, it was out of my price range and I didn't purchase it there. But their store is filled with carpets and rugs and had one of the best selections in town. The owners have been established in Wilmington for many years and know their products.

Description of Work: I spoke with the gentleman on the phone and as I was looking to have the work done in the cheapest fashion, he indicated a surplus carpet store where I could have the work done cheaper than he could. There are not many individuals that would refer customers to their competitors to better serve them. This indicates the highest level of professionalism and care for the customer.

+ -1 moreSuttons has very good customer service. They are very knowledgeable. They also have very fair sales. My friend ended up purchasing something from Suttons. They had great knowledge at matching up what they had in stock to what my friend needed. Suttons seemed trustworthy. i know she is still happy with her purchase. They were not the cheapest in town but it was good quality. You know you are getting what you are paying for. You trust what you buy. They do carpet cleaning and I know people who have use that service and are happy with it.

+ -1 moreWe shopped serveral different stores and found no one who could advise us until we tried Sutton's. The other stores would have sold us anything we wanted without offering more than cursory advice. We were so happy to find Sutton's so that our sizeable investment resulted in a high degree of satisfaction.
Description of Work: Mrs. Sutton expertly determined the size of two large area rugs and steered us to a very nice quality carpeting similar to a more expensive one that we had found. The rugs were cut to specifications and bound. Without her help I would have chosen the wrong sizes for the areas in question and would not be nearly as satisfied.
