every delivery is over priced against competitors by at least 30%, every fill requires call to office to complain and listen to them tell me "they are the best and a bit higher in price but you get what you pay for". What you pay for is a very smooth intercept from the billing department, a credit with a promise of"this will never happen again - it does and the scenario is repeated. I tried to sort this out now have determined best option is to purchase own tank and contract with other firm.

Took Suburban two phone calls and two months to pick up the old tank. Now they refuse to give me a refund on the 65% full tank because the previous owners left it with the house and we did not buy any gas from them. Thieves!!!!! Didn't prevent them from charging us hundreds of dollars to fix a problem they never fixed and the new provider fixed in fifteen minutes. Never do business with this company.
Description of Work: Because of terrible service had tank removed and a new service provider tank installed.

Description of Work: Very hard to get service. Parts ordered but the service manager is the only one who can tell me if the parts are in. Service manager is never in the office. If I could go somewhere else I would but I have a big tank almost full in the back yard.

The price was much more than I expected but I don't know how much propane that represented. I came from an area where I didn't have to pay for propane. The experience was pretty straightforward. Because I am not on an automatic delivery plan with them, they charge me $20 to keep the account open. I am what they call an "on demand" customer. When I need some, I can call and usually within a day or two, they would have delivered and put a bill on the door. Any time anything is uneventful, it is a good thing and this was uneventful.
Description of Work: I used Jenkins Gas for my propane needs.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced (see above).
Description of Work: Three weeks ago I contacted this company to have a gas line run to a porch to hook up a gas grill. A service tech named Mike came out to view the job and provide what needed to be done so the "manager" could call me with a quote and set up a time for the instillation. I waited a week and no call so I called the office. They told me the "manager" would call me and were sorry he did not follow through on the initial commitment. I waited another week and no call. I called again and basically was told he was very busy and they were sorry for not being responsive but they would tell him again that I was waiting for the information on the quote. I waited another week and again no call from the "manager". For the third time I called and told them that I was upset that the "manager" had never contacted me after the two previous calls. They assured me they would again leave him a message (in that he appeared never to be in the office) and tell him that I was upset with his lack of communication and that he would contact me when he returned to the office. Yes, you guest it he never called me to discuss the quote or installation. Needless to say this company, or I should say its "manager", have to worst customer service I have ever encountered. I can only imagine what the quality of their work is like give their disregard for potential customers.
