However, the first phase led to a weed-infested lawn and, alarmingly, shards of glass in the topsoil, which were not previously there. The owner agreed to address these issues in the second phase, but the service was subpar. The reseeding was ineffective, and I initially received conflicting irrigation advice, resulting in additional costs. Despite using their services for both phases, the outcome was disappointing. Communication was challenging, especially when their truck breakdown further delayed the service. After consulting other companies, it became clear that the yard hadn't been pre-treated correctly. I've now switched providers and am seeing significant improvements in my lawn's condition.""
