Description of Work: Biggest waste of money. They may be okay at cleaning carpet, but not rugs or furniture. Technician talked up the protectant and deodorizer, and we went with it. Couldn't tell a difference. A $7 bottle of deodorizer spray I bought at Walgreens did 10x better than what they did. They claimed to have used a "protectant" over the entire couch, but when I tested it with water, only the cushions on the seating appeared to be protected, the top parts which I expressed my concerns about, the water immediately seeped in. I complained, and after a month of calling they refunded about 20%. Still a total waste of money. Find someone else for upholstery cleaning.

+ 0 moreThey showed up within the time frame given. They were very professional. I had also asked that they clean 2 sofa's. They told me that they could clean them but they probably wouldn't "come clean" very much, because of the cotton fabric. I appreciated his honesty.

We spent most of the morning moving furniture to meet that time. Around 4:30 received a call running a little behind. Another call around 5:45 still running behind. It was almost 6:30 when they arrived. Second, I really didn't appreciate feeling like I was being lectured about using spot cleaners purchased at retail stores or being told you should never use a rug doctor.

+ -1 moreThe carpets were spotless, the crew was pleasant and informative, and the work done on estimate. I was particularly impressed when I asked them to clean a couch but the technician suggested against doing it because he couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't turn brown (it's a pale cream color now). He even suggested that I try washing the cushion covers in the washing machine--now that's service. He talked himself out of a job and suggested a way I could do it myself. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again,
Description of Work: Stanley Steamer sent two men to clean several rooms of carpet plus an area rug. I also asked them to steam clean a couch, but they advised against it.
