Zero Stars! They are terrible! They installed the wrong granite for my job and then refused to fix it. When I tried calling 20+ times, they would take my information and tell me someone would call me back- I NEVER got a call back. They are crooks! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Stone quality- garbage! Customer service- there is none! Price- outrageous! There are plenty of other countertop companies in Wilmington- you can literally pick any other one and they would be better than Sellers!

Description of Work: I could not give them an A rating because we had some issues with the installation of our new sink and counter top. However, they did address those issues quickly and are still working on resolving them. I would give them a B-plus, if that was a choice. I would definitely use them again.

The worker's were very professional and showed up on time everyday. They protected all my other flooring and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. The office staff and owner were always pleasant to deal with and kept me informed. My floor looks amazing. I am very pleased with the job they did and will definitely hire them in the future to replace my counter tops and install back splash.
Description of Work: Installed new porcelain tile floor in kitchen and installed shoe moulding.

Hours of operation were during my work hours, so we had to make our appointments on a couple of Thursday evenings to look at the tile. The price of the tile was average but with the wide selection on hand we were able to find what we wanted. The representative provided great assistance and many alternatives for the tile to make sure we were satisfied.

While we can appreciate this member's review, we can't take credit for the experience that he describes. It sounds as though he actually met with someone from Southeastern Tile Connection. The Sellers Tile, custom counters showroom and the Southeastern Tile Connection showroom share space. Sellers Tile is not a tile retailer, we are a tile/stone contractor and countertop fabricator and installer. Southeastern Tile Connection is a great tile supplier, especially if you are looking for something outside the typical big box store offerings. While you are there, check out the counter options in the Sellers Custom Counter showroom. And if you are looking to have your tile installed by the highest quality contractor in town, let us give you a free estimate. Long after the price is forgotten, the quality of a Sellers Tile Company installation remains.
