I have had them out a couple of times. They have always had a fair price. They seem to be honest and made an effort to get here in an emergency situation. Over the past 20 years, I have used them about 4-5 times. They have always done a great job.

Mark's employees came quickly, ordered another water heater and installed it well.

We had just moved into this house two months ago and were not really famiiar with the plumbing/irrigation systems. We have it turns out, both Well for irrigation and City water for everything else. My wife woke me up at 6:30am the other day saying we had a huge gusher of water coming up under and at the side of our house. I could not get the main water shut of at the streetf to turn with my hand and did not have a tool for it. ( I have one now!) I called two other plumbers , who advertised emergency service but didn't really provide that opportunity. before I gave up joined Angies List and found Seaside plumbing. Mark the owner already had a full day but came right over anyway, fixed the leak, showed me what the problem was and how my two different systems work independently of each other and was friendly, professional, efficient and charged me the minimum regular call out fee, instead of an emergency fee. Not to mention he didn't make me feel to stupid about the whole thing! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area. They could not have been more Helpful!! They are our guys for all plumbing needs going forward!!

Mark returned my phone call within an hour or two and was out to our house the same day. He finished the job within a couple of hours. He had to drain our water heater entirely and in between, he left to tend to another quick job, which was fine with me. When he came back, he noticed that our T&P valve could be replaced and went to get the part. All in all, I felt he did a great job and was honest in his work. I'd hire him again.

Mark and his team at Seaside plumbing were top notch. Mark came to the house and examined the job to be performed and offered his advice and provided an estimate within a few days. When we decided to use Seaside for our project, Mark returned to walk through the house again and answered any and all questions we had about the job. The price was very competitive (we got three estimates), but what I really liked was that Mark was on the job site and did not just send a crew to perform the work. His team was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. Seaside removed all of the old piping and replaced with all new Pex pipes. The entire job was completed in five days and that counts Seaside returning to meet the inspector when the inspection was called in. Seaside was professional, offered sound advice and guidance and left a very clean house when completed. A contractor that we know, trust and have used several times also said the plumbing looked very well done. I am very pleased with the job Seaside has done and Mark has always been available to answer any questions about any part of the process. Also the work is guaranteed for one year.

I tried to schedule Sea Side for a second job and have had three no shows. Never again. Trying another company that has a more reliable reputation.

Needed a plumber ASAP due to water running, luckily in the tub. I called on a Friday around 1:30pm. I called 8 plumbers off Angie's list and only 3 called me back but Mark was the only who could show up that day. I am thankful that the other 2 at least called me back. I like companies who at least answer the phone or call or text me back even if they can't do the work so I can move on to the task on hand. Mark was able to fit into his schedule and was done by 4:30pm. He replaced the part. Luckily a common part to find.

We have been using Seaside Plumbing for our past ten years in Wilmington - each time fix every problem, reasonable cost, leave work area cleaner than when it was starting the jobs! This time no exception. When sweeping garage I noticed the edge of wetness under the platform where very old hot water heater stands (came with this house which was built in 1991). Looked under with flashlight and noticed signs that puddles had been coming and drying up for some time. Tried to see if was related to using dishwasher machine, or laundry machine, or husband's showering. Very difficult to assess. Called Mark Harrell, plumber who owns Seaside Plumbing, and we arranged appointment time. I asked him to fix two other very small problems as well (had on my Plumber To Do List) - broken faucet fixture, and hardly noticeable drip (but present!) from a shower. Whole job took 3 1/2 hours, and included a service they arranged for to be done later around 5pm which was done by a service trucker who hauled off the very large old hot water heater. The two wonderful plumber team who did the job, took turns going to hardware store as needed to procure needed heater and new piping. Meant moving water softener machine and rehooking that up as well as disconnecting internal vacuum machine set up to house, to make space for the job - and rehooking both up afterward as well as talking to my at work husband and myself about costs and choices as problem was assessed and possibilities for resolution discussed. Wonderful service in this non-emergency situation. We HAD used them in past for EMERGENCY situations which involved 10:00pm sudden splashing of water main in our yard (they fixed on the spot), and sudden collapse of well pipes we were faced with one morning (also fixed on the spot). We did wait a few days for this appointment, which I had told them was what we asked for, since this was NOT an emergency and I had other scheduled appointments. Many of our neighbors out here in Porter's Neck use SeaSide Plumbing, and all give them high marks - expertise, reliability, responsiveness.

Results were as expected and in line with previous Angie reviews. Seaside was prompt, clean and finished both jobs in a reasonable amount of time. We would not hesitate to call on this contractor for other plumbing jobs.

I was a new customer for them. Got a reasonably quick appointment the first time I called. (Appointment a day sooner would have been nice but this was not a real crisis situation.) They confirmed they were enroute, and arrived as scheduled. Sized up the problem quickly and dealt with it effectively - leak was in a tight crawl space and not easy to get to but this did not faze them. Pleasant and professional. Guaranteed their work.
