Scrubbers Cleaning Service

Save yourself the time and aggravation and hire a reputable company. I hired this company on 5/8 and they were suppose to finish on 5/11. I was told that they had 3 shifts of employees working around the clock and he promised to get it done ASAP. I moved out of state and called a couple of times to see if they had finished. The only thing that I heard was one excuse after another on why it was taking so long. Then came the day that I was told that the house would be finished on 5/20. I had my sister in law go to inspect their work before handing having the property manager come and do a walk though. I was in total shock when she sent me pictures. They left on all of my lights and the A/C was set on 60 for almost 2 whole weeks. The fridge still had food in there, there were items still in the bedrooms and the garage had all of the items in there as well. You can see dirt on the carpets so how were they cleaned? It pretty much looked the same way that I had left it. I called Andrew again and he told me that my house was marked as being done on their board and promised me a call right back. No call was ever returned that night. I called the next day and went to voicemail. I called their office number and could not even leave a message. I sent messages on their Facebook site and emailed with no replies. At this point I was so angry and I sent a text stating my displeasure and that I was getting f'ed. He responded by telling me not to call or text him anymore and if I did he would then call the police to have me arrested for harassment. I should have not used that one curse word but I let my anger get the best of me. His wife is listed as the owner so I tried contacting her instead of her husband Andrew and she never once replied. They insisted on cash and I was moving the next morning so there was no choice. He did not have his receipt book and asked for an emailed receipt which never arrived. I was charged $700 for their services and now I need to hire another company to finish what this terrible company started. I work in the entertainment industry and I have lived in 6 different cities since 2009. I have never experienced this lack of service by any cleaning companies in the past.
