Robis and his 2 crew arrived on day one and worked steadily all day as expected. They returned the next morning and completed the job by midday as they told us they would.

It was installed very timely and the quality was excellent. Have no don'ts to share. Loved having the owner doing the work. Was a clean job and no mess to clean up after. Took care of everything.

Very well – Robie called ahead and asked if he could come early. He quickly saw what needed to be done and the whole visit took less than an hour. We will be using him again when we are ready to re–screen our windows.

He arrived - did the job and cleaned up, he was efficiently and explained hire to take care of the door.

Screenmobile of Wilmington came on 3/13/2014 and installed 29 window screens for us. I was very pleased with the workmanship of Robie Clifton and his assistant. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up any mess that was made which was very little...I would recommend them very highly since they did such a fine job for me.

ScreenMobile was very prompt. We were able to get him to out on very short notice. The doors were built and custom fit on-site. Compared to the home center doors, these had stainless steel rollers vs nylon or plain steel. Also the handles were aluminum vs plastic. The door seem very solid and is quite attractive. It doesn't appear that there are any plastic parts to break or metal that will rust. I expect these doors to last a long time. If you look on the ScreenMobile website, you will see 3 different quality levels available. This particular franchisee only installs the medium quality door. I expect he could order the parts for the other levels of door if you really wanted it, but he doesn't stock them. On one of our doors, the track was slightly bowed due to settling in the building making it difficult to get a good fit. When it became apparent on one door that it just did not fit good enough after trying to adjust it for about 20 minutes, he made a new door slightly larger to ensure a good fit. Admittedly, it took some gentle persuasion from me that the first door seemed like it was going to be an ongoing problem to stay in the track. But, I will say that they clearly wanted to ensure that I was happy in the end and did not put up much of an argument when it became clear that I wasn't fully satisfied. I have a couple of window screens that will need to be replaced and will definitely have him back to take care of those also in the near future. On the fussy scale, I'm an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and I was quite satisfied with the final result. Overall, the service and product are great. However, be prepared to pay a premium price for it (7X) compared to an off-the-shelf door from the home center.

Everything went very well and there were no problems encountered. When they left, they cleaned up after themselves.
