Rock's Garage Doors

A year or so ago Rock's Garage Doors repaired my garage door so when my garage door wouldn't open I called Rock's. He asked me questions about what was wrong and then asked if I could go to the garage and check out the springs to see if they were broken. When I said they weren't, he asked me to move the sensor on the side and try to open the garage because he thought they may have been misaligned. I did this and the door now works! He stayed on the phone with me until he was sure there were no other problems. I highly recommend Rock's Garage Doors and I will be sure to call them again if I ever have any more issues with my garage door.

Exceptional service once again. I was prepared to buy a new opener but Rock replaced the "eyes" and all is well again. In the past, Rock has walked me thru opener glitches with just a phone call and no charge.

Rock did a wonderful job. We had 2 complete new systems installed. All work was done in 4 hours! Doors work and look amazing! Highly recommend them!

came afternoon of my morning call. door spring had broken in the morning and could not get cars out.

My husband who is in construction felt they were very reasonably priced. The job went very well; they were good. I am happy with it.

Scheduled the appointment for Monday (12/30, I believe) after talking on the phone with him the previous Saturday. He arrived on time and began to assess the job. He communicated that the previous owner/general contractor had made some mistakes in setting up the actual garage door (my home had been completely renovated) and proceeded to show me what they were. Long story short, he was able to install my garage door opener in spite of some of the mishaps in about 35-40 minutes flat! Everything had to be installed i.e. the opener, rails, electrical, etc. My door was originally installed as a manual garage door. After all that, he only charged $90.00!!! I was expecting $125 or more. I gave him $100 flat just for the service.

Everyyhing went very well, we needed to have our garage door spring replaced, the technicians arrived on time and fully prepared to get us up and running again. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the old spring was removed. A new spring was installed and they even reworked my garage door opener so that it was working properly with the new installation. We are very satisfied with the quality workmanship, professional demeanor of the technicians and would highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

He fix it quickly and easily, checked on both garage doors and I insisted on paying him something for his time and effort. A very nice guy and helpful.

My garage door was not opening properly. He discovered something was wrong with the lifting mechanism. He is really good. I would highly recommend him. I would call him again and again.

Rock was great! He actually ended up coming out to my home and when he realized that my door was much bigger than the average door and parts would be hard for to get, he referred me to the original installer. He gave me their number and all the information I would need to tell them. Then to top it off, he didn't even charge me a trip charge or diagnosis fee for coming out! I would definitely refer him to everyone who needs help with a garage door. He was punctual, professional and informative; he certainly knows his trade very well!

Rock arrived at the appointed time stated. He did the job quickly and proficiently.He gave us a discount for being members of Angie's List. Seemed reasonable and friendly. Would use him again.

Garage door was only closing half-way sometimes. Could not figure out what was wrong. Well, called Rock's Garage Doors and he put everything right. Replaced a hinge straightened up and lubed the tracks and tightened things up. Very very pleased with the work. Price was extremely reasonable. One hour plus materials. I would definitely use Rock again.

To me, the sign of a good company is when they say they can't help you! They actually referred me to a gentleman more local to me to save me their gas charge. The gentleman came out that day, fixed it for a very reasonable amount and did a lot extra like oiling the doors and showing my husband some tricks to keep it in good form.

The garage door was not responding and working properly. They walked us through what they were going to do and did not charge me anything. It was a wiring error and they fixed it.
