+ -1 moreThey tore out all the shrubs and never put in any new shrubs. I said I wouldn't pay them until they put in the shrubs. The owner said he would put them in himself if I would please just pay him. I paid him and they never came out and put in the shrubs. He was obnoxious and would call at times such as five in the morning demanding payments. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are extremely overpriced.
Description of Work: They took out the lawn that was in the front of my house and replaced it with river gravel. They were supposed to tear out some of the shrubs and leave some.
