They were fantastic. I would hope I would never need to use them again, but I would use them again.

The representative was informative generally about the product line, but because he was not a "hands on" practitioner he was either unable or vague about technicalities of installation. We also felt that the pricing of this product line was considerably higher than we anticipated. Our project was a bathroom remodel that included replacing a tub, wainscoting, shower doors, commode, and all plumbing fixtures. We interviewed 2 other service providers and selected one that could answer all our questions without hesitation and guided us to ceramic tile wainscoting that we had previously ruled out because of perceived higher maintenance. We selected the highest estimate of the three and a year later we are happy that we opted for the provider that we selected who was excellent.

From the moment we moved in our house, we hated the builder grade shower in our master bath. We talked to Re-Bath at the Myrtle Beach home show this spring. The representative who came out to our house to discuss it was fantastic. We talked about making the shower a little bit bigger than the existing shower, and picked out the walls, faucet, door, etc. I have to admit that I almost had a heart attack at the price. However, we really liked the cleanability factor, the fact that it was mold proof, and the lifetime warranty. We signed the papers that night. Over the next couple of days, I almost cancelled because of the price. I had the letter ready to fax to them within the three days under the rescind clause. After much discussion though, we decided that we like it better than tile showers we had looked at .... and we are not getting any younger... and the old shower was practically impossible to clean. So... we went ahead with it. It took some time before they were able to start, mostly because of Horry County paperwork. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. I was not at home with the installers, but they came, worked, and cleaned up after themselves every night. I was surprised that there was not more dust generated ( or left ). The finished product is fantastic! It looks great and cleaning is a breeze. We have been using it for several weeks now and absolutely love it. I am so glad that we went ahead with the project.

Every person that has come through my house and seen the job they did has said they can't believe I was charged the amount I was. I didn't even get real tile!

I didn't use them yet. The quote was very, very good and much less than the other companies. They told me I just needed a glass surround and everybody else wanted to do the whole shower. I just wanted the glass replaced and she told me they could do that. They came right out and did the measurements. They wanted $1,500 and the other companies wanted thousands. They called me right back and told me exactly what it was going to be.
