+ -1 moreI listed my sister's house with Eva Schronce based upon a neighbor's recommendation. I cannot say enough on how great Eva was and the service she provided. I was settling my sister's estate and live out of town, so it was somewhat complicated. Eva went way out of her way to help me prepare the house, market the property, and assist me in numerous ways while I was out of town. Bottom line was we went from listing to closing in around 60 days! I would highly highly recommend you list the house with Eva Schronce!
