ProSteam Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We've used Kevin's service before we installed luxury vinyl flooring to clean our carpets and he always did a fantastic job. I even had him once let himself in, clean, and close up because I was out of town - so you know I trust him. This time we needed an area rug cleaned to remove the scent of dog vomit and our efforts to clean it (none of which worked). We also had him clean our large sofa, large chair and ottoman to remove the film of our two large dogs and their scents from over 6 years. Kevin spent close to 2 hours cleaning these areas and, when he was finished, there wasn't a trace of either dog or dog vomit left in the affected areas - just the smell of freshness. He is always responsive, punctual, thorough and professional. He has clean equipment and is very careful in how he enters and removes his equipment from our house ...top notch service all the way around. Highly recommended!

They gave us an $85 special. They have excellent prices. They're always there on-time if not early. I've always been happy with the cleaning and they use non-harmful products. The carpets took about 3-4 hours to dry, they dried quickly. They're very professional and I like that their equipment looks nice, the length of their hose is substantial. They have mopped the tile in our kitchen floor before. I've used their service for four years.

Excellent job. He arrived right on time, but because the rooms were not prepared by the tenant, he had to return two hours later. No additional charge for the return. They did a good job. They were very nice and cleaned up after their work. Everything was fine and there have been no qualms about it. I have been very satisfied with their prices; it was excellent. They were excellent about everything and I have nothing bad to inform about them at all. It was worth it because I have had no problems with them at all.

Kevin and Mike were great! They showed up right on time and did a fantastic cleaning to my absolutely terrible carpets that had not been cleaned in a long time. My floors look brand new! Most importantly, they accommodated my later schedule when other companies out there would never do that. I will definitely call on them again!
