I hired Pro AV services to straighten out an install of my surround sound system that another local company installed in our new home. The first company never did get the entire system working correctly and told me what I wanted could not be done. I know it could because I did have it set up correctly in a previous home. Pro AV came in, knew exactly what to do, preformed the work quickly, and professionally. The system is now runnng as it should without a flaw. Highly recommend. Price did include some equipment needed.

Working with Pro A/V Services was a pleasure. We were having a 65" tv and Sonos Playbar installed over my fireplace and I was a little apprehensive as this was a brand new home. Rick walked us through everything he was going to do and explained the entire installation. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and the way the installation turned out. These guys will be my first choice the next time we need an A/V installation done. Highly Recommend!

It's pretty simple, hire these guys. They know what they're doing. I purchased a theater setup through Best Buy's Geek Squad. Geek squad said "I have no clue how to do this speaker wire in this room". PRO AV came out and said "No Problem". They ran the wire where Best Buy couldn't and did a very professional and clean installation of the in-wall speakers. All with a very fair price. I recommend hiring them for your home theater installation, internet/wi-fi setup, or interior lighting control.

Despite unforeseen circumstances pushing back the installation date, Ricks group did an excellent job. He explained all of the work to be done and did it in a professional manner. He left the house clean and all of the work met and exceeded my expectations. He even saved me a large chunk of change when he realized that a certain type of bracket wasn't needed. I would definitely recommend Pro AV.

Rick and Neil were professional, pleasant, here when they said they would be, and available multiple times for our operating questions when they arose. These new systems are quite complex, and they did a good job of explaining the products and providing technical support. They are very knowledgeable about the products, and great to work with. We would definitely hire Rick and his company again.

Rick and team did a great job. We hit some unforeseen roadblocks that Rick quickly rectified to make sure the job was complete and to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond even helping me troubleshoot a speaker (2 weeks after install) issue that ultimately was damaged by lightning. Rick knows his stuff, is passionate about home audio and music in general and will do what ever he can to make his clients happy. Would differently recommend Pro AV Services for your Home Audio needs...

experence was great. Rick was punctual, professional and knowlegable. he and his assistant install 4 televisions and a whole house audio s ystem, instructed us on how to use and preprogrammed our favorite services. I would highly recommend Rick for any audio/visual service.

Previously I had contacted another service provider about this project. I was not happy with their off the cuff price quote and cavalier attitude about what type of reception I might or might not expect. After contemplating a DIY install, I contacted Pro AV Services. Rick and Neal came out and did a free site survey. Both are very knowledgeable and presented me with a thorough review of my options and what I could expect in the way of reception. Once we agreed upon a course of action they prepared a detailed written proposal covering equipment and costs. On the day of the installation they arrived on-time and did a professional and neat job. There were no surprises or extra costs. Thanks to Rick and Neal we were able to cut the cord with the cable company and are now enjoying a substantial monthly savings.

My experience was great. They had excellent customer service. They did what they said they would do. They were timely for the appointment. If I had any problems, they would walk me through how to fix the problem over the phone.

I was very pleased with their work. He was very informative and explained to me what he was doing. He was very congenial.

They are very knowledgeable. Everytime I call, he is usually here within 15 minutes or will just work with me over the phone. I have been using them for about 3 years now. They are prompt and clean. They are up to date on everything.

They are fantastic. They do a great job and they are proud of what they do. They show up on time for the appointments. They try to do the work in a timely manner. They are very good at showing you how to use the system and they are very patient with you. They are always available and responsive to my questions. They stand behind their work. They seem to be up to date on multiple different product systems.

Pro AV explained our options and asked questions as to what we wanted to use it for and then selected our system and explained how they would install it within our room setup. They identified weak points in the cable system and corrected the during the install. They installed ceiling speakers and did the wiring in an existing room where you would never know it wasn't new construction. Everything was very professional and over the top courteous. We had to delay them a couple of times due to delays with the other remodel trades and they were able to accommodate us each time. The guys at Pro AV are super electronic technical yet able to discuss and instruct us in a manner that was very understandable. Their system install had state of the art technical features that we had never seen or thought to own and we were up and running within minutes after they were finished. We will use them again and are showing our neighbors the great work they just completed. We don't usually post referrals for work that we have had done but these guys were exceptional and we felt obligated to let others know of our positive experience. Just an FYI, we had 3 other companies bid on our project and it was hands down apparent that Pro AV were the best fit for us.

He responded promptly, listened to what i was trying to accomplish and quickly gave me detailed proposals with a couple options. We decided on one, scheduled the appt. He was on time, professional, and everything is working exactly as it should. He encountered a couple minor issues along the way but was completely committed to doing whatever was necessary for the new items to function as they should.

Rick is super knowledgeable about everything sound, television, internet and speakers. We trust him completely with all of our work for Fogleman Associates, Inc Fine Custom Homes. He also provides us with a detailed outline and schematic pictures for every room he wires. He helps us find a great deal on speakers and knows his stuff!
